CHEF´S KNIFE TANTO
- 1905 Edition by Wagyu Sauerland
- Ideal for cutting meat and vegetables
- Granton edge prevents meat from sticking to the blade
- Perfectly balanced
The 1905 series of chef's knives from Dick impresses with its unique design, which delights then as now. High-quality materials and innovative manufacturing techniques are used for the modern reissue.
A special feature is the characteristic steel rings that are firmly connected to the plastic handle using a special technique. The hollow edges of the 1905 Santoku knife enable precise cutting without sticking.
The blade is thinly ground and perfectly balanced to ensure comfortable handling. It tapers towards the tip and is made of first-class German steel. The final grind is set by hand, as in the tradition, giving the knife its impressive sharpness.
The bolster deliberately ends in the middle of the blade, allowing the blade end to be used optimally and resharpened. Wagyu meat can be cut precisely into any desired shape with just one hand movement. Likewise, herbs and onions can be chopped easily and evenly.
In addition to the traditional "F. Dick" embossing, the knife has a Wagyu Sauerland engraving.
