Shipping policy

We ship our premium Wagyu beef in 100% sustainable insulated packaging to ensure an uninterrupted cold chain until delivery. The products are carefully packed with cooling elements or dry ice. After delivery, the frozen products can continue to be stored in the freezer.

Shipping within Germany is free for orders over €199. For orders below this amount, shipping costs €12.90 (up to €199) or €29.90 (up to €100). Delivery takes place the next day by the end of the working day. The delivery calendar week can be selected freely.

EU-wide shipping is free for orders over €299. For orders below this amount, shipping costs €19.90 (up to €299) or €39.90 (up to €100). Delivery takes place within 1–2 days. The delivery calendar week can be selected freely.
