Once your parcel has been shipped via DHL Express , you will receive a separate email from DHL Express . Grill / Pan

Place the patties in the refrigerator overnight to thaw. Remove them from the refrigerator 1-2 hours before cooking; they cook best at room temperature. Preheat the grill or pan to the highest possible temperature. Once hot, grill the patties for 90-120 seconds. Turn the patties over and spread the cheese on the grilled side. After another 90 seconds, the patties are done. Tip: Lightly toast the cut sides of the burger buns in the Wagyu fat on the grill.
